Open Role:
Administrative Assistant
Location: Roswell, GA (HQ) ; occasional Los Angeles / remote support as needed
Type: Full- time (On-side core days, hybrid flexibility)
Compensation: Competitive salary + performance incentives (DOE)
What You'll Do

Front‑of‑House Excellence: Greet members and guests, manage studio entry and NDAs, uphold HYBRIID’s confidential environment and hospitality standard.

Scheduling & Calendars: Coordinate private tours, member sessions, and internal meetings across multiple rooms and stakeholders; maintain waitlists and priority tiers.

Member Support: Be the first point of contact for creators; handle inquiries, session confirmations, intake forms, and follow‑ups with speed and warmth.

Operations & Logistics: Oversee supplies, room set‑ups/resets, vendor coordination, courier/pickups, and light facility tasks to keep the studio running smoothly.

Documentation: Prepare PDF one‑sheeters, tour packets, and membership paperwork; collect signatures, file agreements, and maintain organized digital records.

Finance Admin: Track invoices, receipts, petty cash, reimbursements, and recurring subscriptions; reconcile simple spreadsheets and submit weekly summaries.

Comms & Copy: Draft concise emails, session reminders, tour confirmations, and update template copy for FAQs and intake forms.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive conversations, guests, and materials with absolute discretion.
What You've Done

2+ years in an administrative, studio coordinator, front‑desk, hospitality, or operations role (creative/music environment a plus).

Proven mastery of calendars, email, docs/spreadsheets, and task tools (Google Workspace; bonus: MediaBase Canva, Dropbox, Slack).
​

Excellent written and verbal communication; calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
​

Fanatical attention to detail, follow‑through, and time management.
​

Comfortable in a fast‑moving, appointment‑driven, VIP‑adjacent environment.
Schedule & Environment

Core studio hours: Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 11 PM (rotating shifts).

Some evenings/weekends for private tours and member sessions.
